Bluetooth technology uses short-range radio to link two devices together. This eliminates the use of cables to connect various portable electronic devices such as headphones.
In a conceptual form, the technology was first conceived in the late 1980s as a way of creating wireless headphones. A few years later, in 1994, it was realized as an actualized technology by a team at the company Ericsson.
The word Bluetooth comes from the epithet of the tenth-century Danish king Harald “Bluetooth” Gormsson, who united the Danish tribes into a single Kingdom. Just like he united tribes, Bluetooth technology was designed to unite otherwise disparate wireless devices.
With our Bluetooth-enabled electronic hearing protectors, you can just carry on working while being fully available to communicate with the outside world or enjoying your favourite music.
